Consulting

Most people are wary of change. It causes disruption and creates uncertainty. Yet in business, change is inevitable and necessary for growth and success. Change can arise from many initiatives: new business strategies; takeovers; mergers and acquisitions; new appointments; and projects.

Anagram's expertise is managing and implementing the change process. We provide an experienced and independent view on both the thinking and the doing. Our consultants have proven skills in strategic planning, organisational development, business continuity planning, procurement and programme management. Transferring our experience and learning to management and staff during an assignment is an integral part of our service.

Recent assignments include:

  • Full review of Business Continuity arrangements for St George's University of London
  • Complete review and implementation of Investment and Banking Services - Department for Constitutional Affairs (now Ministry of Justice)
  • Set up Business Continuity function - Bank of England
  • Review and implementation of Project Governance, set up of Project Office and overhaul of Procurement and key supplier management - Bank of England
  • Reviewing the capability of a Project Delivery Team for major investment management company and introducing new techniques for programme management and lessons learnt.

"Anagram have worked with the University for a period of almost two years and have proved to be invaluable in helping us to develop a business continuity plan for a very diverse and complex organisation. Dennis and John have provided SGUL, and me personally, with excellent and timely advice and have proactively managed every step of the way from defining our initial policy right the way through to ongoing plan maintenance. They have also established positive relationships with a whole range of stakeholders, from senior management to plan co-ordinators, and this has clearly helped staff to understand and appreciate the change management process".
