Our Team

Dennis Preston is a consultant and executive coach with over 30 years commercial experience in the financial services, recruitment, retail, media and public sectors.

Dennis' career started in the City of London initially working for the Stock Exchange during the revolutionary period of deregulation, and he saw first hand the effects of change at organisational level and on people themselves. Dennis' career then took him into Investment Banking and he became a Director of Kleinwort Benson Ltd and was involved with designing and delivering executive development programmes in the UK, Japan, Hong Kong and the USA.

After a further strategic planning role with the Marsh Group, Dennis formed his own consultancy in 1999 – Anagram – offering advice on managing and implementing change to a range of clients, including the Bank of England, 3i Investments and MTV. He specialises in helping organisations prepare for unexpected disruption to their normal business operation and, in addition, making sure they get best value from their procurement strategy.

In the last few years, Dennis added further components to the change consulting offering: The first is Executive Coaching; and the second is Facilitation of senior executive workshops on a number of original themes including The People Side of Project Management, Networking for Business Success, Influencing and Persuasion and Making an Impact in your role.
